Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy Brought Together More Than 1,800 Participants at Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA

Jun 24 2026 Published by under Uncategorized

On June 8, Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA hosted the Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy forum. The event brought together more than 1,800 participants and became one of the largest platforms for discussing the future of Ukrainian industry, investment, and human capital development.

This year, the forum became even larger in scale and more comprehensive. Participants were welcomed across two dedicated venues, a manufacturing venue and an educational venue, with a total area of 4,000 sq. m. Guests also had access to 36 hectares of the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA, where guided tours of the park’s operating manufacturing facilities and infrastructure were held.

The forum brought together executives of manufacturing companies, representatives of national and local government, investors, bankers, international partners, and delegations from Finland, Germany, and China. Discussions focused on the future of Ukrainian industry, investment, exports, modern management approaches, manufacturing automation, and the implementation of new technologies.

The program combined two parallel forums, an economic forum and a career guidance forum. Participants had the opportunity to join insightful discussions, hear practical experience from business and government representatives, discuss the challenges currently facing the manufacturing sector, and explore new opportunities for partnership and development.

We sincerely thank all speakers and panel participants for their openness, honest dialogue, and practical insights. It is through meetings like these that new ideas, projects, and solutions emerge, ultimately transforming into real investments and new manufacturing facilities.

One of the forum’s key highlights was the ceremonial capsule-laying for the construction of BALEX company’s new manufacturing and logistics complex, which will be implemented in three phases during 2026–2030. The capsule-laying symbolized the confidence of businesses that continue to invest in Ukraine and plan for long-term development despite the ongoing war.

People also became one of the forum’s central themes, because no investment, factory, or manufacturing project is possible without skilled professionals. At the same time, the newly built Educational Center hosted the ProfTech ON education forum, where business leaders, representatives of national and local government, educational institutions, and young people discussed workforce development for modern industry, the future of vocational education, and employers’ workforce needs.

The forum also featured an expo area where Ukrainian and international companies showcased their latest solutions for manufacturing, automation, and municipal services. Participants had the opportunity to experience modern technologies firsthand, engage directly with manufacturers, and discuss future cooperation. We sincerely thank every participating company for being part of the event.

The forum created hundreds of new connections, dozens of valuable business conversations, and countless new business opportunities. This is exactly why we continue building a place where manufacturing, business, and people can move forward together.

We would like to thank everyone who joined us and became part of Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy. It was a day of bold ideas, open conversations, new partnerships, and a confident vision for the future of Ukrainian industry.

Industrial Evolution: “Manufacturing Powers the Economy” Forum at Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA – une 18, 2026

Jun 02 2026 Published by under Uncategorized

On June 18, 2026, Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA  will host the Industrial Evolution: “Manufacturing Powers the Economy” forum – an event that will bring together the people who are building industrial Ukraine today.

Ukrainian industry is currently going through one of the most challenging and, at the same time, most significant periods in its modern history. Businesses are looking for reliable sites, scalable solutions, access to infrastructure and skilled workforce. Investors want to understand the real state of the market and the specific terms of entry. The government is developing new support instruments for industrial projects. And specialists are searching for common ground between all these parties.

What We Will Discuss

At the heart of the forum are six topics that are defining the development of Ukraine’s manufacturing sector right now:

  • Development of industrial parks and manufacturing infrastructure
  • Attracting investment and financing industrial projects
  • HR challenges and business – education cooperation
  • Innovation and modern technologies in manufacturing
  • Development of industrial real estate and logistics
  • The role of manufacturing in Ukraine’s economic recovery

Forum Program

  • We have made the program as practical as possible – with no unnecessary theory:
  • Panel discussions featuring business representatives, public sector officials, and independent experts. Real cases, not general statements.
  • Exhibition zone – cutting-edge technological and engineering solutions already operating in real production environments.
  • Presentations for manufacturing businesses and investors – specific terms, figures, and opportunities.
  • Networking and partnerships – dedicated time and space for personal meetings that turn into deals.
  • Tour of  Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA – see firsthand what has already been built and what is planned.

Why the Forum Is Being Held Here

Industrial Evolution will take place directly on an active industrial site – where infrastructure is already being laid and real production facilities are being launched today. This is not a backdrop – it is an environment that speaks louder than any presentation.

Who This Forum Is For

The forum will be valuable if you are:

  • An ow ner or executive of a manufacturing enterprise looking for a new location or partners for scaling
  • An investor seeking to understand where real industrial opportunities exist in Ukraine today
  • A technology or service company working with the manufacturing sector and looking for new clients and partners

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA is a space where ideas become real production facilities, jobs are created, and a modern industrial ecosystem of Ukraine is taking shape.

We look forward to welcoming you among the forum participants, meeting you in person on June 18, and providing a personal tour of the park.

Dialogue Between Government and Business: How Bila Tserkva Is Shaping an Environment for Entrepreneurship Development

Mar 16 2026 Published by under Uncategorized

On March 13, 2026, a meeting took place in Bila Tserkva that is important not only for local businesses but for the entire regional ecosystem. Representatives of the city authorities, entrepreneurs, and the Business Ombudsman Council gathered at one table to have an honest discussion about how business operates today and what needs to change.

This was not a formal, “tick-the-box” event. It was a conversation about real barriers, real opportunities, and shared responsibility for the economic development of the community.

Equal Rules of the Game – Not a Declaration, but a Business Demand

The key message voiced during the meeting was clear: businesses need transparent and equal rules.

The Business Ombudsman Council works precisely with such requests, helping entrepreneurs address complex issues in their interaction with state authorities – from tax administration to communication with law enforcement agencies.

Special attention was given to the Declaration of Fair and Prudent Administration. In essence, it is about a fundamental principle – trust. When businesses understand that the rules are stable and decisions are predictable.

And it is exactly from these factors that investment attractiveness begins.

A Community That Grows Even in Challenging Conditions

Today, Bila Tserkva is an example of how a community can continue to develop despite the war.

During the meeting, key results were highlighted:

  • growth in budget revenues, including due to relocated businesses
  • launch of social and housing projects
  • infrastructure development
  • investments in education and workforce training

At the same time, there are challenges – demographics, the need for new jobs, and the adaptation of the economy to new realities.

And this is where the role of systemic projects begins.

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA: A Growth Point for Business

Today, the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA is not just a production location.

It is a platform where a new industrial economy is being formed.

Even in challenging conditions, the park demonstrates strong dynamics:

  • foreign investors are entering, including those who had not previously operated in Ukraine
  • production infrastructure is developing
  • new business partnerships are being formed
  • new jobs are being created

And this is important: it is not about plans, but about a process that is already underway.

The industrial park is becoming an environment where businesses can launch faster, operate more sustainably, and scale.

Partnership as the Only Working Model

The main conclusion of the meeting is that no single side can drive the economy alone.

Only a partnership model works:

  • authorities create the conditions
  • business invests and creates jobs
  • institutions such as the Business Ombudsman Council help balance the system

This kind of interaction creates a healthy business climate – without excessive pressure and with real opportunities for growth.

Bila Tserkva is gradually building an environment where businesses want to stay and where it makes sense to invest.
In this model, the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA is not just infrastructure.
It is an entry point for investors, a support system for entrepreneurs, and a driver of development for the entire community.

Career Guidance for Youth in Bila Tserkva: How the Community, Education, and Business Shape the Workforce of the Future

Jan 07 2026 Published by under Uncategorized

Career guidance for young people is becoming a key driver of sustainable community development and Ukraine’s economic growth. On January 6, 2026, an information and communication event took place in Bila Tserkva, dedicated to building a modern career guidance system for school students.

The event brought together the local community, educational institutions, and businesses around a shared goal — developing human capital and preparing future professionals for the labor market.

On January 6, 2026, Bila Tserkva hosted the event “The Future We Choose: How the Community Supports Career Choice”, which gathered students, parents, and educators from partner general secondary education institutions.

The event marked an important step toward implementing a systemic approach to youth career guidance and workforce development at the community level.

The initiative was held within the DECIDE project, in partnership with the Bila Tserkva City Council, the Department of Education and Science, educational institutions, and local business partners. The venue was the Strategic Development Agency, with around 40 active participants attending.

Career Guidance as an Investment in Community and Economic Development

The event was organized by Kateryna Harmash, Career Coordinator of the Bila Tserkva City Territorial Community and Deputy Director for Educational Affairs, who oversees educational and industrial development initiatives and career guidance programs at the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA.

For the industrial park, youth career guidance is not a one-time initiative, but a long-term strategy aimed at building a sustainable talent pipeline for residents and industrial enterprises in the region.

Career guidance is viewed as a strategic investment in the local economy and industrial workforce, ensuring long-term competitiveness and stability.

During the event, participants emphasized that a structured career guidance system:

  • enhances regional competitiveness;
  • supports informed career choices among young people;
  • creates a resilient labor market aligned with real business needs.

Seven Steps Toward a Modern Youth Career Guidance System

Participants were introduced to seven collaborative steps for implementing a modern career guidance system in communities as part of the National Pilot Program for Career Guidance for Children and Adolescents.

Analyzing Youth Expectations and Needs

Special attention was given to the results of a survey conducted among students of general secondary education institutions as part of a stakeholder analysis of career guidance activities in the community.

The findings made it possible to:

  • better understand students’ motivations and expectations;
  • identify gaps between perceptions of professions and actual labor market demands;
  • establish a solid foundation for further decisions at the community, education, and business levels.

Education and Business: A Practical Model of Cooperation

A dedicated session focused on practical cooperation between education and business. Participants were presented with real examples of collaboration between the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park and educational institutions, with a strong emphasis on the current workforce needs of the local economy.

Benefits of Cooperation Between Education and the Industrial Park

This model of interaction enables:

  • orienting young people toward in-demand technical and manufacturing professions;
  • developing practical skills already during the education process;
  • creating pathways for future employment within the community.

For the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA, strengthening education – industry linkages is part of a broader industrial ecosystem, where infrastructure, business, and workforce development function as an integrated system.

Shared Vision and Next Steps

The event concluded with an interactive workshop, during which participants exchanged ideas and сформed a shared vision for the next steps in advancing career guidance initiatives within the community.

The conclusion was unanimous: such initiatives help young people better understand their potential, define their career paths, and feel motivated to take action today.

Through continuous dialogue between the community, education, and business, we collectively shape the future – preserving, rebuilding, and developing the economy of Bila Tserkva and Ukraine as a whole.

The Bila Tserkva Industrial Park will continue to expand its educational initiatives and strengthen partnerships with businesses to support long-term workforce development.

“Metal That Comes to Life”: How Bila Tserkva Industrial Park Supports Youth Career Orientation

Dec 15 2025 Published by under Uncategorized

On December 12, the career guidance event “Metal That Comes to Life” took place at the Bila Tserkva City Council. The initiative was launched by Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA in cooperation with the city authorities and the Department of Education and Science of the Bila Tserkva City Council.

The event became part of the Industrial Park’s long-term strategy aimed at developing the city’s workforce potential and promoting modern technical and blue-collar professions among young people.

Career Guidance as an Investment in the City’s Economy

Today’s labor market requires specialists who combine practical skills, technological thinking, and creativity. That is why the main goal of the event was to show school students that modern working professions offer real career opportunities, stability, and professional growth.

At the beginning of the event, Yuliia Orel, Head of the Economic Development Department of the Bila Tserkva City Council, addressed the participants, emphasizing the importance of developing professional competencies among young people as a foundation for sustainable economic growth.

A Real-Life Example of a Modern Profession

A key highlight of the event was the meeting with Bila Tserkva-based sculptor Maksym Vasylenko, whose works shape the city’s public spaces and are well known beyond the region.

In his daily work, he uses a wide range of technical skills, including manual and laser metal cutting, welding, soldering, bending, and working with wire and other materials. During the session, students witnessed how these skills are applied in practice – a piece of art was created from simple wire right before their eyes.

This live interaction helped students better understand the value of technical professions and their real-world applications.

Education, Business, and the City: A Shared Responsibility

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA consistently works to strengthen the connection between education and real business needs. Career guidance initiatives, meetings with practitioners, and the development of dual education models are integral parts of this strategy.

We strongly believe that today’s professional development of young people shapes the economic resilience of the city tomorrow.

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA will continue supporting initiatives aimed at youth development, promotion of modern professions, and building a competitive workforce for the region.

Nov 10 2025 Published by under Uncategorized

On November 5, 2025, meetings were held in Stockholm between representatives of the Ukrainian government, business community, and Swedish government institutions, financial organizations, and industrial companies.
Among the delegation was Oleksandr Protsiuk, Business Development Director of Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA, who participated in a discussion panel dedicated to engaging Swedish businesses in the recovery of Ukraine’s industrial potential.

Sweden – a strategic partner in rebuilding Ukraine’s economy

Sweden remains one of Ukraine’s key strategic partners in the modernization of its economy.
This visit continued the active cooperation that began in October, when the National Industrial Ecosystem of Clusters (NPEC) projects were presented in Stockholm.
This time, the agenda expanded – from energy and IT to infrastructure, agriprocessing, and industrial innovation – reflecting a growing mutual interest in deepening cooperation.

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA – a ready platform for investors

During the Ukraine-Sweden Investment Roundtable, Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA presented to Swedish partners its practical opportunities for production localization – offering ready-to-use industrial land, fully developed engineering infrastructure, access to utilities, and professional investor support at every stage of project implementation.

Today, the park hosts successful companies from Germany, Finland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, which create jobs, develop advanced technologies, and contribute to building a modern industrial ecosystem.
This represents the implementation of the national “Made in Ukraine” policy aimed at strengthening domestic manufacturing capacity and boosting exports.

Ukraine-Sweden dialogue: partnership built on real solutions

A key event of the visit was the Investment Roundtable, where participants discussed new opportunities for cooperation in public-private partnerships, industrial localization, energy, and technological innovation.

During the meetings, a Memorandum of Understanding between UkraineInvest and Business Sweden was signed – formalizing joint efforts to support investors, prepare new projects, and attract private capital for Ukraine’s recovery.
The delegation also reached agreements with the Wallenberg Foundation, one of Sweden’s most influential industrial and financial groups, regarding participation of Swedish companies in high-tech projects in the areas of security and industrial development.

Special attention was given to the “Industrial Ramstein” initiative — an international platform designed to unite global partners in supporting Ukrainian enterprises in restoring their production capacities.

Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA – shaping Ukraine’s new industrial foundation

For Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA, participation in such international meetings is not only about visibility – it is a practical tool for attracting investments, technologies, and new production projects.
