Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy Brought Together More Than 1,800 Participants at Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA
On June 8, Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA hosted the Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy forum. The event brought together more than 1,800 participants and became one of the largest platforms for discussing the future of Ukrainian industry, investment, and human capital development.
This year, the forum became even larger in scale and more comprehensive. Participants were welcomed across two dedicated venues, a manufacturing venue and an educational venue, with a total area of 4,000 sq. m. Guests also had access to 36 hectares of the Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA, where guided tours of the park’s operating manufacturing facilities and infrastructure were held.
The forum brought together executives of manufacturing companies, representatives of national and local government, investors, bankers, international partners, and delegations from Finland, Germany, and China. Discussions focused on the future of Ukrainian industry, investment, exports, modern management approaches, manufacturing automation, and the implementation of new technologies.
The program combined two parallel forums, an economic forum and a career guidance forum. Participants had the opportunity to join insightful discussions, hear practical experience from business and government representatives, discuss the challenges currently facing the manufacturing sector, and explore new opportunities for partnership and development.
We sincerely thank all speakers and panel participants for their openness, honest dialogue, and practical insights. It is through meetings like these that new ideas, projects, and solutions emerge, ultimately transforming into real investments and new manufacturing facilities.
One of the forum’s key highlights was the ceremonial capsule-laying for the construction of BALEX company’s new manufacturing and logistics complex, which will be implemented in three phases during 2026–2030. The capsule-laying symbolized the confidence of businesses that continue to invest in Ukraine and plan for long-term development despite the ongoing war.
People also became one of the forum’s central themes, because no investment, factory, or manufacturing project is possible without skilled professionals. At the same time, the newly built Educational Center hosted the ProfTech ON education forum, where business leaders, representatives of national and local government, educational institutions, and young people discussed workforce development for modern industry, the future of vocational education, and employers’ workforce needs.
The forum also featured an expo area where Ukrainian and international companies showcased their latest solutions for manufacturing, automation, and municipal services. Participants had the opportunity to experience modern technologies firsthand, engage directly with manufacturers, and discuss future cooperation. We sincerely thank every participating company for being part of the event.
The forum created hundreds of new connections, dozens of valuable business conversations, and countless new business opportunities. This is exactly why we continue building a place where manufacturing, business, and people can move forward together.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us and became part of Industrial Evolution: Production Turns On the Economy. It was a day of bold ideas, open conversations, new partnerships, and a confident vision for the future of Ukrainian industry.
