The industrial park is one of the UFuture projects.
The group of companies comprises of two industrial parks — Bila Tserkva 1 and Bila Tserkva 2. Overall land bank of the industrial parks exceeds 70 ha.
The land plots are located within the boundaries of the town of Bila Tserkva (Kyiv Oblast).
The operation of industrial parks is controlled by the 'ASTROBUILD' LLC.
This management company also provides services in the context of development and construction of the industrial and warehousing property.

The enterprises inside the industrial park are integrated into three clusters

Industrial cluster

The industrial cluster enterprises operate the single quality control technology and the design base, and doing business with the same supplier of materials and stock.

Logistics cluster

The companies have access to an extensive road network, a rail track within the industrial park and customs brokerage services.

Construction cluster

The enterprises have at their disposal an extensive base of raw materials, sand- and gravel pits, forestry and timber industry products.

Andrey Ropitskiy

CEO

He has 14 years of experience in the banking sector and development business. He held a number of positions in international banking institutions, including the territorial manager of Structured Trade and Export Finance at UniCredit Bank Ukraine. The area of responsibility includes: drafting and approving concepts for the development of industrial parks, building partnerships with customers, scaling up joint production projects, attracting funding. Andrew received a higher economic education at KNEU. He is certified by the SDA Bocconi School of Management for Risk Management and the EBRD under the Trade Development Program.

Olexander Stetsenko

Chief Technical Officer

An experienced project leader with more than 19 years of professional expertise in construction, real estate development, and investment project management.
He specializes in planning, executing, and overseeing complex construction programs, combining technical proficiency with strong managerial and analytical capabilities.

Oleksandr began his career in the construction sector, gradually progressing from a technical specialist to management roles. Thanks to his systematic approach, strategic mindset, and results-driven focus, he has successfully delivered a range of infrastructure and commercial projects within the UFuture Group of Companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
His key competencies include construction management, business planning, risk management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Oleksandr Pratsiuk

CBDO

He has over 15 years of experience in the banking sector and business. He held managerial positions in credit risk management, project financing, and distressed assets management for large corporate clients at international banking institutions in Ukraine. He also headed the investment and development department of one of Ukraine’s largest retail chains.

His areas of responsibility include developing business growth strategies, attracting new partners and residents to existing industrial parks, creating new industrial parks, and working on investment attraction.

Oleksandr holds a degree in Economics from Kyiv National Economic University with a specialization in Banking. He also holds an MBA in Financial Management.

Ruslan Stryhun

Construction Project Manager

A specialist in industrial and civil construction, PhD in Technical Sciences, and Associate Professor at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture (KNUCA).
He has over 10 years of professional experience in structural design, structural analysis, and construction process management.

Since 2023, he has been working as a Construction Project Manager at the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, where he is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of industrial facilities. His work focuses on efficient construction management, resource optimization, and adherence to high quality standards.

In parallel, he teaches at KNUCA, where he contributes to the development of advanced methodologies for building and structural analysis. He provides students with in-depth knowledge of structural mechanics, structural theory, and modern design technologies, including BIM modeling and FEM analysis throughout the entire life cycle of buildings and structures.

Anna Yakovenko

Deputy Director for Legal Affairs

Deputy Director for Legal Affairs at the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, a legal expert with over 15 years of experience in land and commercial law. She has strong expertise in the legal support of investment projects, management of property and land resources, contract work, and corporate governance.

Since 2023, Anna has been responsible for the legal direction of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park — providing legal support to residents and development projects, drafting and reviewing contracts, and coordinating interaction with government authorities and partners. Her work focuses on creating a reliable legal environment for business growth, investment attraction, and the development of new manufacturing opportunities in the region.

She received her law degree from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University and additionally holds a specialist diploma in Land Management and Cadastre from Lviv National Agrarian University. She is also licensed to practice law as an attorney.

Kateryna Harmash

Deputy Director for Educational Affairs

A leader and organizer of educational and career-orientation projects with more than 15 years of experience in education, culture, and youth development. She has deep expertise in designing modern educational programs, building partnerships between educational institutions, businesses, and communities, and implementing innovative learning approaches.

At the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, she coordinates the educational direction — developing strategic initiatives aimed at advancing dual education, preparing young people for modern industrial professions, and strengthening the connection between education and the real sector of the economy.

Kateryna excels at inspiring teams and establishing effective communication between educators, entrepreneurs, and students, creating opportunities for the professional growth of young people.

She received her degree from the Hryhorii Skovoroda Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi State Pedagogical University.
