Educational Initiative of Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA: First Career-Orientation Trainings for School Students
Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA has launched a new series of educational events aimed at developing young talent and promoting technical professions.
In October, the first career-orientation trainings were held for 9th-grade students of Bila Tserkva Gymnasium No. 15.
Helping students make informed career choices
The modern labor market is evolving rapidly, and new technologies are creating demand for specialists who understand manufacturing, automation, and engineering processes.
That is why Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA initiated an educational program designed to help teenagers better understand the modern world of professions and discover the field where they can realize their potential.
During the training, students learned which specialists are currently in demand in manufacturing companies, tried out various professional roles, and discovered what work looks like at modern production facilities.
Real stories from people shaping Ukraine’s industrial future
Resident companies of Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA introduced students to real-life professions that define the future of Ukrainian industry – from CNC operators and welders to design engineers, technologists, and automation specialists.
Such meetings give young people the opportunity not only to hear about professions but also to see real production in action, communicate with experts who create innovative products, and experience the atmosphere of modern industrial enterprises.
This is just the beginning
The training session marked the first stage of a large-scale educational program of Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA.
In the coming months, the initiative will expand to include other schools and educational institutions in Bila Tserkva and the surrounding region.
The goal is to build a lasting bridge between education, business, and technology – helping the young generation make conscious career choices and build their professional future in Ukraine.
Industrial Park BILA TSERKVA believes that such educational initiatives lay the foundation for the country’s industrial future.
