Industrial Parks – A Key Element of the Investment Architecture of the Future
On July 31, 2025, the Investment Congress took place in Kyiv, with its main focus on stimulating the development of large and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. As part of the event, CEO of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park Andrii Ropitskyi participated in the panel discussion “Stimulating Large and Medium-Sized Businesses: Financing and Support for Sustainable Development.”
The Role of Industrial Parks in Economic Growth
During the discussion, participants highlighted the potential of industrial parks as an effective tool for attracting investment, accelerating the launch of production facilities, and fostering long-term partnerships in the real sector of the economy.
In his speech, Andrii Ropitskyi emphasized:
“Industrial parks are more than just infrastructure. They are environments where investments turn into production, and strategic ideas become jobs and sustainable development. In the context of national recovery, we must systematically build such platforms for years ahead.”
Practical Experience in Launching Production
He shared real-life cases of launching enterprises within the park, including examples of cooperation with foreign investors, the specifics of preparing “turnkey” infrastructure, and collaboration with local authorities to ensure the rapid start of projects.
Such cases confirm that with a clear management model, government support, and well-prepared infrastructure, an industrial park becomes a catalyst for regional industrial growth.
Business–Government–Community Cooperation as the Key to Sustainable Growth
The discussion also underscored the importance of cooperation among all participants in the economic ecosystem. Coordinated partnerships between the private sector, government bodies, and local communities create favorable conditions for launching new productions, generating jobs, and ensuring sustainable territorial development.
The Bila Tserkva Industrial Park continues to develop infrastructure for businesses, attract strategic partners, and maintain dialogue with the professional community — contributing to the recovery and strengthening of Ukraine’s industrial potential.
