Industrial Park Bila Tserkva at the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities: On Community-Business Partnerships for Sustainable Development
On July 30, Oleksandr Pratsiuk, Director of Development at Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, spoke at the session of the Kyiv Regional Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine, held under the slogan “From Land to Investment: How Communities Create Conditions for Growth.”
During the panel “Smart Planning — Strong Communities,” Oleksandr Pratsiuk shared the Park’s experience in working with local communities and emphasized the importance of synergy between the industrial park and territorial communities for attracting investment and creating new jobs.
“Today, industrial parks are more than just infrastructure. They are platforms for economic recovery. By working together with local authorities, we create conditions where businesses can launch quickly, and communities benefit from sustainable development — from new manufacturing facilities to professional education,” he noted.
The event gathered representatives of the Kyiv Regional Administration, diplomatic missions, the German business community, local government leaders, and the Ukrainian Association of Industrial Parks. Special attention was given to spatial planning, investment attraction tools, and new forms of public-private partnership.
Bila Tserkva Industrial Park continues to serve as a platform for dialogue between government, business, and local communities. We firmly believe that economic recovery begins where there is strategy, partnership, and action.
