Bila Tserkva Industrial Park: An Ecosystem for Business and Human Development

Bila Tserkva Industrial Park is not only about modern production facilities, ready-to-use infrastructure, and attracted investments. It is an environment where the synergy of business, education, and community is being built, creating new opportunities for the development of the region and Ukraine’s economy.

Recently, the Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, and the founder of the park, Vasyl Khmelnytsky, visited the educational spaces and enterprises operating within the project.

Modern Education as the Foundation of Industrial Growth

  • Gymnasium No. 15 in Bila Tserkva: workshops were modernized, new equipment was purchased, and a space for acquiring first professional skills was created.
  • Bila Tserkva Professional College: developing new training and practice infrastructure that meets the needs of the modern labor market — from laboratories to production workshops.
  • The next step — establishment of the “Industrial Vocational Center” directly on the park’s territory. It will be a modern platform for workforce training, where students can acquire in-demand skills, undergo practice in a real production environment, and receive employment opportunities.

Bila Tserkva Industrial Park in Numbers

As of today, the park offers:

  • more than 19 resident companies;

  • over 650 jobs created;

  • investment projects worth over €55 million.

An Ecosystem for Business and the Community

Bila Tserkva Industrial Park is not only a platform for launching production but also an ecosystem that ensures:

  • ready-to-use infrastructure for rapid project implementation;

  • access to a qualified workforce, trained to meet real industry needs;

  • partnerships with local authorities and educational institutions that guarantee long-term growth.

Quote

According to Vasyl Khmelnytsky:
“We are creating the industrial park not only for businesses but also for people. Strong production is impossible without skilled professionals who receive modern education and practical skills. The country needs qualified specialists. If they do not work in our park, they will join other enterprises — and that is fine. The key is to ensure they do not leave abroad. And we will make every effort to keep them here in Ukraine.”

Conclusion

Bila Tserkva proves: industrial development starts with people.
Investments in education are investments in the competitive future of Ukraine’s economy, where businesses gain skilled employees, the community receives new jobs, and the state ensures stable economic growth.
