Recently, students of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Vocational College, specializing in Automotive Mechanics, visited the enterprises located within the Industrial Park.
During the tour, the students saw what modern Ukrainian production looks like — automated production lines, clean workshops, quality control systems, and a high level of occupational safety.
The students observed the work of professionals, learned about assembly and welding processes, and discovered potential career growth opportunities in the industrial sector.
“We didn’t expect everything to be so modern! It’s a completely different level of production — and now we’re even more motivated to work in this field,” shared the participants after the visit.
