Bila Tserkva Industrial Park Presented Investment Opportunities During the Ukrainian Business Delegation’s Visit to Stockholm
On November 5, 2025, meetings were held in Stockholm between representatives of the Ukrainian government, business community, and Swedish government institutions, financial organizations, and industrial companies.
Among the delegation was Oleksandr Protsiuk, Business Development Director of Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, who participated in a discussion panel dedicated to engaging Swedish businesses in the recovery of Ukraine’s industrial potential.
Sweden — a strategic partner in rebuilding Ukraine’s economy
Sweden remains one of Ukraine’s key strategic partners in the modernization of its economy.
This visit continued the active cooperation that began in October, when the National Industrial Ecosystem of Clusters (NPEC) projects were presented in Stockholm.
This time, the agenda expanded — from energy and IT to infrastructure, agriprocessing, and industrial innovation — reflecting a growing mutual interest in deepening cooperation.
Bila Tserkva Industrial Park — a ready platform for investors
During the Ukraine–Sweden Investment Roundtable, Bila Tserkva Industrial Park presented to Swedish partners its practical opportunities for production localization — offering ready-to-use industrial land, fully developed engineering infrastructure, access to utilities, and professional investor support at every stage of project implementation.
Today, the park hosts successful companies from Germany, Finland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, which create jobs, develop advanced technologies, and contribute to building a modern industrial ecosystem.
This represents the implementation of the national “Made in Ukraine” policy aimed at strengthening domestic manufacturing capacity and boosting exports.
Ukraine–Sweden dialogue: partnership built on real solutions
A key event of the visit was the Investment Roundtable, where participants discussed new opportunities for cooperation in public-private partnerships, industrial localization, energy, and technological innovation.
During the meetings, a Memorandum of Understanding between UkraineInvest and Business Sweden was signed — formalizing joint efforts to support investors, prepare new projects, and attract private capital for Ukraine’s recovery.
The delegation also reached agreements with the Wallenberg Foundation, one of Sweden’s most influential industrial and financial groups, regarding participation of Swedish companies in high-tech projects in the areas of security and industrial development.
Special attention was given to the “Industrial Ramstein” initiative — an international platform designed to unite global partners in supporting Ukrainian enterprises in restoring their production capacities.
Bila Tserkva Industrial Park — shaping Ukraine’s new industrial foundation
For Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, participation in such international meetings is not only about visibility — it is a practical tool for attracting investments, technologies, and new production projects.
The park’s mission is to build a modern industrial ecosystem that integrates manufacturing, education, innovation, and effective cooperation between business and government.
