Prague was hosting the Central & Eastern European Automotive Forum on October 9-10. The Bila Tserkva Industrial Park took part in the event, being supported by the UkraineInvest team. The main message of the Ukrainian delegates was that today Ukraine is ready to become a reliable partner of the European automotive industry.

Top managers of the automotive industry in Central and Eastern Europe see such a forum as a strategic platform to establish cooperation with speakers and visitors from the most influential companies. More than 150 participants have gathered here, including automakers, R&D suppliers, sales representatives, etc. The European automotive industry of the 21st century in the era of innovation, Industry 4.0 and rapidly changing market processes is faced with a shortage of production capacity and qualified human capital.

«Deficiency in the production base and the lack of human resources play into the hands of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park. At the forum, we have once again seen that our park is able to provide potential partners with an tailor-made package of services, including handling infrastructure issues, interacting with local authorities, building facilities, organizing lean processes in production, providing a relatively low-paid labor force, etc. We are quite flexible, we have the necessary resources and easily adapt to the new market needs,» Deputy Director of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park Andriy Ropitskiy said.

The participants in the forum show interest in how business is organized in the format of the economic model of the industrial park and plan to continue the dialogue on cooperation with the IPBT after the event. Thus, manufacturers of textile, plastic and other automotive components have been added to the list of potential partners of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park.
